This is Gary Allen Baker’s mugshot. He is the baby daddy of Mandy McNamara’s children. He beat up two deputies at the jail, high on steroids, alcohol, and who knows what else, BUT was never charged for assaulring the peace officers. Surprised?
This is Gary Allen Baker who died in Lacy Lakeview with a woman he was living with, age 22, and NOT the daughter of the Sheriff.
However, Parnell and Pareya did try to prettify this one and did just about as good a job as when Mike McNamara died with little Sherre Johnston at the American Inn.
Please go ahead and write me all you pals of Mandy, I’ll just double down, because you want it to be pretty, well, it wasn’t.
NO autopsy? Well, no charges when he beat up two of the Sheriff’s own jailers so okay, another JP in the pocket.

If you or I died outside the hospital in a strange woman’s bed in Lacy Lakeview, we’d get an autopsy. My son died in Mexico, he got an autopsy, get the hell real here.
David Pareya doesn’t HAVE TO TELL US if he ordered an autopsy, so he isn’t. That is the message we get from Dustin Chapman the County Administrator.
It would seem that if you are lucky enough to have the Sheriff for a brother or quazi baby daddy father in law, you can just die anywhere you want and the Sheriff will cover it up so as not to hurt the womenfolks widdle feewings or have the Christians at the snake kisser church think you’re an audulterer. Heaven forbid.
One coverup after another, THIS is your county.
If you or a family member die at home and you don’t want an autopsy, ask for Pareya.
What a county we have here.

This goes to David Pareya, the original says it goes to David Pareya, I thought Muckrock had this fixed. This goes to JP PAREYA

Subject: Request – PareyaPortal
Bernadette,
I am still not getting the requests submitted through Muckrock. It looks
like they are being submitted through the Sheriff’s Office open records
portal, which at this time, I do not have access to.
The Sheriff’s Office has no records of Justice of the Peace David Pareya.
The judiciary, which includes Judge Pareya, is not subject to the Texas
Public Information Act. Section 552.003(1)(B)(i), Texas Government Code.
Thank you,
Dustin
