It’s a funny thing they cleared him two days after getting our certified letter that we were going to sue them.
I look forward to talking the depositions of whoever cleared him. That should be fun.
I laughed when I saw they’re claiming he didn’t do anything wrong.
The DAs office knows better than that.
As Officers of the Court, they were appalled and offended.
This was not an isolated event.
I don’t believe our Constitution should be put through a paper shredder like this..
There will be accountability.
We sent the Sheriff’s Office a second letter warning them not to destroy any body cam footage.
If they do, I’ll be moving for contempt.
There are a lot of good deputies in the Sheriff’s Office and I think they want the bad apples gone as much as I do.
