There is so much to unpack over this whole Shaw thing. I will probably have to write a few entries to your blog to cover the depths of the bullshit here.
So according to SO sources, there was never any doubt about Shaw being cleared of lying on his sworn affidavit. Rumor has it, his family contributes to the Parnell “election” fund.
But ignoring the absolute corruption there.
Just look at how allowing him to continue to be a deputy effects things. He’s been shown to be a liar. As Kristi DeCluitt said, she wasn’t going to put a liar on the stand.
Yet Tetens kept him off the Brady list, cuz they looked at a different case and he didn’t lie there, he must be good then.
Jesus. Can we ever get a DA with some integrity in this county? Reyna was corrupt (just ask a certain retired Waco detective) and Barry was incompetent. Now Tetens is a fine blend of corrupt and incompetent. But he’s gonna keep “ridin’ herd on the lawless”
