I have helped five people file against a Judge with the Judicial Qualifications and Ethics Commission and at least TWO people will be going to a Grand Jury themselves because we do not seem to have any law enforcement or Public Officials, including the DA at this time and must do it ourselves.

To go to the Grand Jury first, please have started with the Law Enforcement entity that’s the right one. Waco PD, MCSO, Hewitt, Woodway, whatever.
No help? Go to the DA’s office 254 757-5000
Please have copies of all your correspondence and taping these people is always fun, so get your kids to teach you how to tape record others on your phone.
Okay, they blow you off or it’s been a month……..
Time to do it yourself.
You have your story, you have your facts, you have your recordings and paperwork, trust me, this is more than they have, they don’t care and are basically inept.
Consider doing it yourself, by the time you get to the next step, you’re pissed, you’re right, you have your stuff together and they cannot push you around anymore.
I will help you write your Grand Jury letter. Google it, you find nothing that is because most people don’t have to do it but here, we will.

Let’s inundate them with Do It Yourself Justice and make them accountable to at least 12 other people, all Grand Jurors.

How many of us are there?! I thought this was my story for a second. In my custody case the Hewitt PD detectives testified that it’s not common for DV victims to recant their outcries however it does happen sometimes. They have clearly had NO training in abuse or DV.
