JUDGE MEYER’S ANGRY, MEAN DEMENTIA RUINS LIVES

He won’t remember either.

“Hey, recon it’s time to go help Judge Meyer find his car, he’s been walking around the parking lot for about twenty minutes now”

Great. All the other Judges know but no one, including the Commissioners do a thing. Why? Because Judge Meyer, like some of the others had a rich daddy and that is like having a priest in the family, your ticket is punched. Hmm wonder if the Judge has a son who can take his place, that’s how it works, doesn’t it.

Well, until the Lucky Sperm Club hits nothing but female chromosones, thank you Cosmos, no more Parnell McNamara bullshit stories. He has only girls.

If you have some stories about the Wandering Judge, send them right on over.

Everyone is openly talking about Meyer now – an acquaintance had a horrible situation a few months ago and now everyone is coming out of the woodwork with stories.  They asked me to send this to you since I reached out to you before.

reader rant:

MATT JOHNSON, ET AL: GO ON AMAZON AND BUY A SPINE

From the TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT:
“…A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question as to the other judge’s fitness for office shall inform the State Commission on Judicial Conduct or take other appropriate action.”

The Judges in the McLennan County Courthouse are well aware of the mental / behavioral issues of 170th District Judge Jim Meyer.

For those outside the Courthouse who haven’t read transcripts, here’s a few examples of what’s going on at the 170th.

CANON 3: Performing the Duties of Judicial Office Impartially and Diligently

(5) A judge shall perform judicial duties without bias or prejudice

WITNESS: The Police stopped him going 100mph with two kids in the car. When they got him stopped they found the odor of Marijuana.

MEYER: That’s not important. I’m not giving him supervised.

(At this point the Judge laid his head on the bench and proceeded to take a nap.)

***************

LAWYER: We request a continuance as our discovery was not answered by the plaintiff.

(Judge Meyer has been known for years for agreeing to continuances. The other side would not agree to the continuance. )

MEYER: I deny the continuance, and I won’t compel the plaintiff to answer the discovery, except for questions 2, 5 and 6.

“(8) A judge shall accord to every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law. “

LAWYER: I call [known expert] to the witness stand.

MEYER: Who?

LAWYER: an expert who’s testified in your court for 20 years.

MEYER: I never heard of [that person]. Move on, I won’t hear the testimony.

*******

LAWYER: I’m here for (the defendant) to present our case, your Honor.

MEYER: You don’t need to, I’ve already decided the case. I rule for the plaintiff.

(No evidence was ever presented)

*********

12 year old girl asked to change her custody from the custodial parent to the other parent.  Although it was the opposite parent from the order, both parents were in agreement to allow it.

The parents’ lawyer asked for a hearing in chambers, as is her right being 12.

The girl went through weeks of therapy to prepare herself.

MEYER: I won’t allow it.

LAWYER: I remind the court that this is her right under the law.

MEYER: I’ll give her one minute.

After one minute, they came out.

MEYER: (To parents) I don’t know why you asked for this, I’m not going to change it.

************

THESE ARE JUST A FEW EXAMPLES OF WHAT’S GOING ON IN THAT COURT,

IS THERE ANYONE IN THE MCLENNAN COUNTY COURTHOUSE WITH A SPINE?

IF SO, PLEASE STAND UP FOR JUSTICE AND SANITY.  PLEASE STAND UP FOR ETHICS AND MEYER’S FORMERLY UNBIASED AND FAIR REPUTATION.

THESE EXAMPLES ARE ALL TAKEN FROM TRANSCRIPTS.  LITIGANTS (FOR OBVIOUS REASONS) ARE AFRAID OF RETRIBUTION IF THEY MAKE A COMPLAINT.  MEYER IS NOW KNOWN FOR RETALIATORY RULINGS RATHER THAN HIS PREVIOUS REPUTATION FOR FAIR AND IMPARTIAL DECISIONS.

D. Disciplinary Responsibilities.

A judge who receives information clearly establishing that another judge has committed a violation of this Code should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question as to the other judge’s fitness for office shall inform the State Commission on Judicial Conduct or take other appropriate action.

  1. Maybe, he can find wife number 3 to come back and sit on his lap and suck his thumb in public at Chilis.

Oh wait, she remarried and wore the same wedding dress she married him in to husband #2.

  2. As a single dad of two daughters, I went to court August 28, 2024 judge Myers multiple times didnt he knew who I was or what baby daddy we were talking about. at the end of the court he said I don’t know what to do, y’all can figure it out yourself. The mother of my children took my kids away and moved without my knowledge I fought for over a year to bring them back. Judge Myers was so confused the whole time and didn’t ask any questions or look at any proof or paperwork. He decided to keep the children in Burleson Judge Myers didn’t realize that the children was a McLennan county for over a year after we split up and she ran.
