Why does it matter?
It matters because a jailer and deputy’s first responsibility to the public is to not kill or let their “hopefully, temporarily an idiot child” die in their custody while things get sorted out.
Call me sentimental, years ago my bff’s son, Christopher Hill was shot and killed by the police, this was before most of you were born, righteous killing but oh, it hurt and I remember.
People go to jail, they should be okay in that jail. I feel badly too because now that Homelessness is a felony, no opinion here either way, jails will be filling up with addicts and crazy people. The jailers will have to put up with more and worse.
Of all people jailers should not go to work, angry, fearful, bullied, favored, and afraid because they don’t know the new people. They should feel safe with one another.

So, it matters and unfortunately, now that I know many deputies, many ex deputies, many, many jailers, both ex and still there, and the feisty JAILER GIRLS. Let me tell you, one has to hold them down at times and remind them they have mouths to feed, I think about the differently and have to admit knowing them all has changed me, a bit.
That said, they are not in a job where they should be unhappy. We have a Waco PD suicide last week, and somewhere another set of unprepared parents join a club the Feazell family joined, almost five years ago.

Grief is stupid and strange, you just roll with it and occasionally break down in the produce section of HEB for no reason.
People should not have to go to work somewhere that is unfair.

Jailers are important, I hope they make a lot of money and don’t have to work long hours. You realize, of course, our jail is short handed because of the bullshit heaped on everyone by Parcody Blossman.

She can call in ten cruisers if she feels like it. STILL.
She makes everyone jickey. There’s just no other word for this.
You are asking people to respect and follow a man who, as a leader became an overnight success for helping the HIGH SHERIFF move his dead/dying brother’s body from the American Inn to a grassy knoll between Walmart and the Longhorn Steakhouse for crying out loud.
He helped Parnell move Mike’s body out of a motel room and overnight, he was set, for life. Even Par’s love for Chris Eubank couldn’t top moving Mike and faking the scene complete with the girlfriend of both Mike and Parnell, Sherre Johnston.
Now, I don’t think a man who thought up getting Sherre Johnston to make this 911 call is fit to be the Sheriff, first of all. Worst acting job since Ali McGraw in Love Story.
It is so important, I am putting it up here again. Cody drove MIke’s truck and body over there, Sherre had her own car, Par went in his and they got SHERRE who had just tried to have sex with Mike and him die in wild circumstance. What’s the thing to do, call the ambulance, oh, hell no. Gotta move the body. WTF? Gotta save that phony LEGENDARY reputation…..

EVERYONE KNOWS. COME ON. Below is probably a church group that Sherre, poor St. John, and Mr. and Mrs. Sex Pest West, as Sherre bends over in front of John, and I am resisting making all manner of crazy memes out of this but I know I can’t. Hurts.
Notice how Mrs. West has hold of Sex Pest West’s hand, squeezing it everytime the idea of humping Sherre pops into his compulsive little mind. If you really look at them, he’s fkn scared to death of even the hint of touching Sherre Johnston, and Mrs. Sex Pest, well, she and he have had “the talk” before, note to Mrs., it hasn’t worked.
