I so want to hate the undercover cop, I do, the ENTRAPMENT statute is tricky though, the prosecutor brought it out today and I am just not sure. One thing’s for sure, he has a great lawyer in Broden, and the other attorney from Austin looks great, I really like him, may have to look him up. I am so glad I am not on this jury.
