These dickheads KNOW people are watching them and THIS is what they are brazen enough to do. These OFFICERS knew people were watching and FILMING THEM shoot a dog, that wasn’t even coming their way, FIVE TIMES.
Personally, I haven’t picked up a gun in hears but I’ll bet I’d be a better shot than thiese guys, plus, they don’t seem to be ASHAMED that they couldn’t even kill the dog after trying time after time.
Bet they’re pissed off the poor dog lived too.

Her Name Is BulletWaco PD just can’t get their lies straight about the dog shooting on 7/26/23. What a big, strong man he was, shooting at an innocent dog. Must have really dropped that one ball a bit. I mean, let’s just target shoot at it.. in front of her owner, and the three other homeless women and young man. And then walk away cold hearted as he said,
“ you can go look for your dog now”
.Excessive use of force without true fear of one’s life is Wrong, even for a dead beat cop! He took people who are already scraping to survive and scared the living hell out of them as bullets passed by them into a dog standing by them! How would you feel?! I’m sure he felt so proud of himself. Until the dog survived! Waco PD as of today, 7/27/23 has now concocted FOUR LIES! They can’t cover their butts fast enough, as they have determined people investigating this. And guess what? It’s because the witness was telling the Truth, and media uncovered it. Yet they still lie!The dog was finally taken by someone to the animal shelter, as no vets would see it because of the involvement of an officers gun. An officer who needs his gun taken from him. The homeless has been placed in temporary shelter at Motel 6 so that when the dog is released, she can recover out of the heat, and not having to walk miles in a day. The fear is setting in that the city will force euthanasia on the animal just to rid them of this dirty little problem. And a close eye is indeed needed.Bullet needs help in raising money to keep the temporary residence for next three weeks. A nights stay is $79. Can you help?! It’s ok that Bullet is homeless, she is loved and happy. After all, home is where the heart is. She and her friends will open your eyes that humanity is badly needed at this moment. These blatant and all too common lies coming out of our police department is not to be tolerated. Replacements need to be made with Real leaders.
