Waco ISD superintendent agrees to plea deal with Robertson County DA
ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tex. (KBTX)- Waco ISD Superintendent A. Marcus Nelson has entered a plea agreement that could have his misdemeanor marijuana charge dismissed if he completes a 90-day diversion program.Nelson was also ordered to pay a $500 fine as part of the deal. The agreement was signed Friday morning, said Siegert.
Nelson was arrested by a DPS trooper earlier this month in Robertson County following a traffic stop on U.S. 190 south of Hearne.
