Lousey Attorney Will Hutson drops to #2 Place after this
The corruption wasn’t just Reyna, it was those who saw him do what he did and did nothing, it was also the defense lawyers who sat by, drew their money, did nothing, and now want to feed an already tired public some bullsh*t stories because they thought that the GRAVY TRAIN of easy money and court appointments would go on forever.
You have to wrap your head around the fact that these ignorant mfkrs didn’t see the March 2nd. loss coming. Not for a minute. Not for an instant. They are going to have to actually work for a living now and it’s disturbed them to the point where they talk total gibberish and want all of us to believe it’s a beautiful world. Right? NO.
The leftovers in the Reyna Refrigerator keep getting taken out in molded tupperware and green mislabeled bags by folks who aren’t even there anymore. Worse than a chicken sandwich left over from the day AFTER Barry Johnson won, files appear and have disappeared, video storage is full, computer glitches, and no one is surprised that Mr. Bitter Loser Reyna and his army of the totally unprincipled there at the end left a minefield FULL of fun for all.
As with a lot of Waco stories, we will begin with the words, “This poor bast#rd” named Bennett who was a juvie got picked up because they thought he was his older Bennet brother. Lawyer Sam Martinez, left juvie Bennett in so long he became an “adult” under the law as he was indeed the first case of REAL “Mistaken Identity” in years and it seems Mr. Samuel Martinez was okay with that. Martinez’s incredible statement to the Trib is below and if this isn’t another case of lazy lawyering or more, just like Will Hutson, the lawyer could have shown what he had to the DA, and FOUGHT for their client, neither Hutson nor Martinez did, never figured anyone would care or find out, and now we are thrilled to see the total insensitivity of the grand F*up anyone else would have to answer for. Only a few years of a guy’s life. No biggy.
Insensitive? More? This was okay with him and didn’t bother him. Takes no responsibility for really messing up a guy’s life. LAWYER MARTINEZ was Bennet’s judge and jury in the chain of “okay” corruption that went on here tacitly without a word, just on and on for years. Take Court Appointed cases, do nothing, tell the client how bad it is, wait for client to be so scared they plead. Welcome. Act surprised, innocent, and bullsh*t when caught.
Mr. Martinez’s AVVO rating is a 3.0, which isn’t good, I hope you take his magnet off your frig. This is pitiful. Do not recommend this man at all, there is no explaining this, we see the truth and we see he’s not one bit sorry.
Here’s Lawyer Martinez’s quote
He (Bennett)remains free on bond, but he called (lawyer)Martinez recently and asked about the status of his case, Martinez said.“He actually called me a month ago, but it is not my position to be looking for cases to get indicted or not,” Martinez said. “I called the juvenile center to make sure all the paperwork had been transferred to the DA’s office. But I left it alone at that point.” Attorney Sam Martinez That’s S-A-M M-A-R-T-I-N-E-Z
MR. SAMUEL LOUIS ‘SAM’ MARTINEZ Bar #24034556 1105 Wooded Acres #200, Waco, Texas, Licensed in Texas since 5-3-2002.
The alleged assaults occurred in March 2014, when Bennett was still a juvenile. So he was processed through the juvenile court system, where he was certified as an adult by 74th State District Judge Gary Coley Jr. in January 2018 and transferred to the adult criminal justice system, said his attorney, Sam Martinez.
Another Waco lawyer who doesn’t want to get involved in legal matters. Hmmm.

Name mix-up leads to wrong man indicted in child sex case
McLennan County prosecutors have dismissed a child sexual assault case after discovering that they indicted the wrong man.
A prisoner named Adam Lee Bennett, 32, was mistakenly indicted in August on three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Prosecutors actually meant to indict Adam Wayne Bennett, 21, of Waco.
In a dismissal order signed Thursday by 19th State District Judge Ralph Strother, prosecutors simply wrote, “wrong person indicted” as the reason for dropping the case.
Adam Lee Bennett currently is serving a six-year prison term in the Cole prison unit in Bonham for possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of a vehicle. He served another brief prison stint for bail jumping in 2011 and has spent time in jail for failure to stop and render aid, theft and parole violations.
While the older Bennett has been handled a number of times by the criminal justice system, Adam Wayne Bennett was 19 when his accuser made a sexual assault outcry against him. Court documents indicate she was younger than 14.
