“You have lost your gawddamned mind”
In a statement released Monday to select media outlets, McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna said his office is known throughout the state for aggressive prosecution of sexual assault cases and to “say otherwise is simply absurd.”
“Let us remind everyone that our oath is to seek justice,” Reyna said in the statement. “In pursuit of that ideal, we must evaluate each case alone on its own merit. Early in this case, law enforcement believed that the victim may have been drugged and this belief has been widely disseminated in the media; however, the evidence did not support that theory. This office stands by the plea offered and believes we have achieved the best result possible with the evidence at hand.”
Poor little Abelino, he’s the victim. Ask him.
Abel Reyna, victim of ungrateful public who never knew how he suffered to save them from nasty bikers and themselves over and over again. Such a burden to know the secrets from dead girls in hot tubs, who shot who at TWIN PEAKS, disappearing DWI’s, and leading a pack of butt kissing Judges and impressionable assistants off a cliff time and time again.
Abel, NO ONE thinks McLennan County’s DA office is know throughout the state for aggressive prosecution of sexual assault cases, OR ANY OTHER, unless you’re a biker, poor, not a Baylor grad, or can pay a bribe.
BRIBES. Everyone knows it too.
LAWYERS: Don’t worry, this shit goes on without anyone saying a word to anyone, it’s “tacit”, so common it goes without saying. Lawyers “groom” their clients, telling them the case is going against them, so lazy these days, they don’t even bother reading the file. Yep. Whole scheme has gotten lax. Too many drugs, too much alcohol, no boundaries, and “YES” men.
The real question for Abel Reyna is: Do you, Abel Reyna, have or have had a promised high paying job with the Andersons, is one of them an attorney?
Is a job after you’re no longer DA the quid pro quo on this one?
Sounds like another question for the biker Civil attorneys to me.
Did Abel Reyna’s brother, Daniel, have sex with a fifteen year old girl that resulted in her pregnancy and subsequent adoption of that child by Abel Reyna and his wife? Did assistant DA’s QUIT THEIR JOBS at the DA’s office because Abel refused to prosecute his own brother?

If Abel Reyna wouldn’t prosecute his own brother for sex with a fifteen year old girl, then what are we doing here? Where are the answers to these questions and others?
(Don’t go totally nuts on Harry for posting the photo. This poor girl had her face all over the Waco Trib a few months back when DHS and the DA’s office prosecuted her for failing to feed her two year old, so Abel made sure she’s not credible now either)
If Abel Reyna turned a blind eye to what his brother did, well, I wouldn’t want him to judge the rape of my daughter. You?
