Well, Speedy Trial just took a turn for the worst here in McLennan County, instead of giving a Speedy Trial to Matthew Clendennen he sets the Trial of this poor man to OCTOBER.

The tongue lashing he gave Abel Reyna this morning was merely a little bullshit gift to us all trying to prove that he’s “fair”, frankly, I think Judge Shaver needs an inhalator, he’s old, mean, and doesn’t know LAW when it bites him in his extra large diapered June Allyson DEPENDS butt.
