Here is a reader rant from a woman who’s just another normal citizen who actually thought she could get justice. Ha! If you are “someone” they’ll send deputies to North Dakota to pick up a contractor that screwed you, they’ll make it criminal instead of civil for YOU, but this lady, nothing.
Justice here depends on who you are and what you contributed to the elected officials, or if they knew you when you were a little girl.
Vote them all out. Do not vote for their sons for crying out loud. Don’t let them eat in peace either.
They’re walking the check, trust me.

Well, this county has never done anything for me except take my money. I had 4 cows stolen 1-1/2 years and they did nothing, even after I led them to where my cows were; they just sent the cows down the road. I had a hay customer give me bad bills for some hay, led the county to him; he still has the hay, the county still has the bad bills but nothing has been done! The way I see it, the county owes me money! They do not deserve a raise, they need a cut in pay!
