I would like to thank whichever Sykora man decided to take up for Kim Falcone this morning and both amaze me and confuse me as I thought the story was about an unsolved murder and Lillie Hefele, hmm. He didn’t. To him, it was a “personal” something about Kim Falcone. Which got me thinking. I don’t know her. I do know members of her family and others and basically to me, she’s had the love affair and great life with a great guy, has a great daughter, lots of money, and, like me, is pushing 80. Her drinkin’ and whatever else days are over (hopefully, Uber Jesus?) and really I couldn’t remember what it was that got it started. Thanks to Mr. Sykora, I decided to take a look through the archives and NOW I remember.

Here is the Affidavit of one Greg Davis, an assistant DA under Abel Reyna who, after being told to dismiss several cases, balked, and went to the FBI and Mr. Clint Broden.

Greg Davis also got the hell out of Dodge, was, and is a man beyond reproach among his peers.
