RANGER TELLS TETENS NOT TO USE RANGERS

October 7th., 2024,, six days after Ranger Freeman shot himself in the hand (more than once) with a “Staccato P” automatic service gun, Ranger Freeman writes Josh Tetens that the Rangers should not be doing this investigation. October 7th. 2024. Yep. Then they fiddled me around until March, got me to a Grand Jury, didn’t call me and that was that.

Oct 1, 2025 — Bradley Freeman alleges his Staccato P pistol, which was issued by the Texas Rangers, “inexplicably discharged multiple times in rapid …

YOUR DA had Texas Ranger Bradley Freeman tell him last year, six months ago NOT TO USE THE RANGERS.

At that time, Ranger Freeman was assigned soley to the FBI PUBLIC INTEGRITY TASKFORCE. Hmmm.

Sounds like Ranger Freeman is telling Josh Tetens to give the case to the FBI Taskforce that he (Freeman) is now soley assigned to. We know that from Public Information DPS telling us that Ranger Freeman was solely with the Task Force at that very time.

Did Josh Tetens get another law enforcement entity at the urging of the Ranger?

Is there another law enforcement entity that they could have gotten to investigate Par?

If the FBI TASK FORCE ON PUBLIC INTEGRITY ISN’T THE PLACE FOR THIS THEN WHERE THE HELL IS IT?

THIS IS JOSH TETENS’ PROTECTING PARNELL. NOTHING MORE.

TEXAS RANGER BRADLEY FREEMAN TELLS JOSH TETENS THAT OTHER RANGERS OR LAW ENFORCEMENT PEOPLE ARE WAY TOO INVOLVED IN THIS. WHO?

I will tell you who, Jake Burson.

The “un oh I can’t find the pay records” b.s. from Freeman was later than this email.

(somewhere in here Freeman let it be know that he didn’t have “pay sheets”, which was odd since I gave them to Joshy and the Grand Jury on Day 1, AND they’re on Muckrock, if you have brains enough to google them, guess Freeman’s hand hurt that day)

When the “call” went out for those records many people responded, I did, and so did a retired Ranger.

THIS was, however, LONG AFTER THE RANGER TOLD TETENS TO GET ANOTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITY.

What is Josh Tetens doing?

Well, I just sifted through over 280 bullshit pages of nothing, seems they cut down a forest so I could read Sterling Strip Mall Loser whine about me telling him he was a three named loser when he wrote Muckrock asking them if the request was from the real Bernadette Feazell. So I called him and he got to talk to the real Bernadette Feazell, he was so butt hurt and since the entitled in this town never had a bad day, he had to memorialize it so they could giggle together.

The man is over 40 and still working at a DA’s office, sorry, that’s a loser. Just like Chris Abels from Waxahachie, left a money losing law practice in Flower Mound to be an assistant DA.

This is your DA, Josh Tetens, protecting Parnell McNamara.

Below is the long, pitiful Ranger who never tells anyone that he shot himself and shot himself badly enough to file a lawsuit against the mfgr of the gun btw. Hmm. Just six days before he wrote this.

Lazy? Pain meds? Obviously he sued for great pain and suffering so we have to wonder. I wonder why he doesn’t mention he shot himself in this email just six days previously.

What the hell kind of flakey stuff is going on here?

Josh Tetens is protecting Parnell and this proves it.

Subject: McLennan County Inquiry
Assistant District Attorney Chris Abel:

I want to take a moment and introduce you to my Lt. Richard
Henderson. He will be your contact for this matter from now on.
I also wanted to share with you my position on the Waco
Special Investigation inquiry.
After careful consideration, I have relayed the following
information to my Ranger Chain of Command, and they have
approved this assessment.
I do not recommend that the Texas Rangers conduct this
investigation. If and when a prosecutor formally accepts the
case, I believe it would be in the best interest of the Division to
allow another investigative entity to handle it.
I am increasingly concerned about recent delays and the
manner in which this complaint originated, which may set an
unintended precedent for future special investigations or
inquiries and expose the Division to unnecessary scrutiny.
Additionally, the recent involvement of former Rangers in this
matter appears to have introduced elements of bias and
confusion, particularly where there has been limited
prosecutorial commitment.
What concerns me most is the growing outreach and influence
of persons who seem to be pursuing their own interests in this
case. Their contact with both headquarters and field personnel
has created unnecessary pressure and the perception of
outside interference. Such actions, especially during an active
inquiry, are inappropriate and risk undermining the
professionalism expected of our Division.
Our credibility depends on maintaining independence and
objectivity. Any external attempts to shape the outcome of an
investigation jeopardize the trust and integrity that define the
Texas Rangers. We must not allow outside agendas to

compromise our impartiality or reputation.
I intend to reaffirm that special investigations must remain
above any perception of influence or bias. As a Ranger, I have
an ethical responsibility to ensure that my actions and
participation uphold the highest standards of integrity.
Our policies are in place to preserve the fairness, consistency,
and independence that make this Division respected across
the state and the nation. It is my sincere hope that we remain
faithful to those principles, even in challenging circumstances.
Respectfully,
Bradley Freeman
