Harry hasn’t known where to start on this story. It’s long, detailed, and Bobby Chandler, the man it happened to, is the poster child for what is wrong in this county with the illusive thing we used to call “justice” before justice got owned by greed and police who aren’t interested in keeping peace in the community, just punishment and getting people into trouble that lasts for years for NOTHING.
We have to call out a lot of people. The cop who did this stupid charge, the DA for not caring about real evidence that will clear a man, and one Stan Schweiger, attorney, who refused to look at Bobby’s films too.
So, Bobby is bringing his story to you. The films that no one will look at. Bobby has been charged with Cruelty of a non livestock animal, Tampering with evidence , and marijuanna under 2 oz. His entire story in his own words is below. Basically what happened is coyotes came and killed his kittens right off his porch, he told the police about it, then two days later dogs once again went after the kittens, Bobby reacted by going outside with his guns and when a dog came up on his left, Bobby acted and shot the dog. Unfortunately, the dog was a German Shepherd that the neighbor had been FOSTERING. The following film is the initial attack by the coyotes or wild dogs. They get a kitten so if you are squeamish, don’t look. The second video is two nights later and you can clearly see that Bobby did what any of us would do. The tampering of evidence by the way, is when Bobby took a hose to the blood so as not to upset his family.
He has had this hanging over him since 2023 and NO ONE WILL LISTEN. No one will free him from this bullshit that has dragged on. Porch camera shows coyotes or wild dogs in initial attack
Police chief of Beverly Hills, Tx. Thomas Schmidt was arrested on 5-3-21by the Texas Rangers. Kory
Martin replaced him in June 2021. I spoke with the mayor of Beverly Hills (LucyAnn Sanchez-
Miramontez after Kory was hired & told her that I needed to talk to him about all kinds of things
(crime, code violations & lack of care from his police dept).
It was sometime in early 2022 before he had me meet him in his office & share my pictures &
videos. He saved several ofmy photos to his P.C. He agreed that we had a lot of issues. It was about
this time I had new neighbors move in across the street. This home had at least 40 people living
there. They would have people sleeping in their trucks running their diesel engines all night long just
to have heat. I reported this group of people that appeared to be illegal aliens to the chief. I told him
that almost all the vehicles were illegal with paper plates that were out of date. No results from the
police? My Toyota Tacoma was hit by these people three times. The first time, the cop (Lewis) would
not even do a police report. I called the cops for one thing or another. They were constantly people
drinking after work and on the weekends. These people would be constantly peeing from one side of
their front yard to the other, which was all concrete. I reported this to the police with no help at all. In
August 2022 they were so drunk, they left their keys in the ignition of a Nissan P.U. that rolled
backwards from their driveway, crossed the road & then down my driveway and slammed into my
truck again.
About two weeks prior they had several trucks backed into their driveway with their high beams
on for hours shining through our house. I called the cops & met the officer (Mr. Gukin) in the street. At
least eight men from the house met us in the street. The biggest guy threw a punch at me, and I took
him to the ground. I asked the officer to arrest him for assaulting me or at least for attempted assault
with no luck. I told the officer that he was making a mistake. Then 2 weeks later (approx.) after this in
August 2022, there Nissan P.U. slammed into my Tacoma (in the driveway). When the cop gets on
sight, there were already several men trying to get their truck back. I had my wife tell them to get off
my property in Spanish. The same cop (Gukin) arrived on the scene & the same men from the first
attack, attacked me again. The same man that swung at me before did it again. I threw him down
again. I asked Gukin to arrest him again. He did not nor did he do a police report until two days later.
I called Kory Martin and asked him if he had seen the officer’s bodycam. He said yes and where did
you learn to fight like that? Gukin was fired the next week.
I could write a book on the mayhem that the landlord of this house & his tenants have reeked
on our street. I reached out to many for help and received no help at all. I spoke with KXXV news,
I.C.E. on 9/19/2022, Parnel McNamara & his human trafficking expert who was a clown in December
of 2022, the Texas Rangers on 3/29/2023 & they told me I would need to go speak to the D.A.’s office
first. So, my wife & I went to the D.A.’s office & they said I should go speak with law enforcement first.
Very frustrating! Shortly after that, Kory Martin called me and threatened me because a cop I knew
had called him and jumped on him and then he said that the D.A.’s office had called him that morning
and he was not going to take anymore of my bullshit. I let him know that he did not make me nervous.
A few days after that, the court administrator called me and said she needed to speak with me in
private. I went to the City Hall right then. After I went inside, she said let us step outside in case
someone is listening. We walked outside & she told me that she overheard Kory and his minions
were going to arrest me for something.
Two nights after the first attack, cameras show a second. What would you have done? Harry would have done the same. THIS is what they have ruined this man’s live over, three years ago and HE has no voice, until now.
- June 4th, 2023, I woke up & one of my kittens was missing. My surveillance revealed that there were several coyotes in my front yard. It was them who ate my little baby. I called the Beverly Hills P.D. around 3:30 PM. The cop thought that was funny. I told him that I called them to let them know what was going on and that I would be sleeping in my living room & if it happened again that I wouldput a stop to it. I also told him since they never took anything seriously that I would never call them again for anything. They told the TV station that I had reported animals in the neighborhood. They didn’t say that it was coyotes because they didn’t want them to know that. The coyote attack was around 4:05AM. The Animal Control Officer (Moe Olvera) cameby the next day & asked if he could put a big trap in my yard. I said no way. I didn’t tell him why. I didn’t want them back in my yard and killing more kittens. There were between 8 and 10 coyotes in the street. The ACO has no clue what he is doing. I also told Moe that I was going to be at the City Council meeting that night and that I was goingto dip them all in the grease. I wasn’t able to go due to a bee swarm that I had to go take care of. The court administrator told me that Kory and several of his minions were there to intercept me at the city council meeting and then I didn’t show. She said Kory was very upset. How convenient, the next day I had 2 dogs in my yard around 4:03AM killing two more kittens on my porch. When I heard the scuffleon my porch, I grabbed my pistol & went outside. By that night (Tuesday 6/6/2023) these punks came to my home with a search & seizure warrant out of Hamilton County. And for the record, I live in Beverly Hills, Mclennan County, Texas, not Hamilton. They did this because they did not want to go through the McLennan Co DA’s office because they had already called them and confronted Kory. I was not even home! When I returned home later that evening, my wife had to endure all their lies and abuse, and they completely wrecked our home. I was never questioned before, during, or after the arrest. This man Kory Martin who did this to my wife & Ineed to be investigated by the Texas Rangers and get some jail time. It was an unnecessary search and seizure. One of our neighbors said that they not only seen me kill the dog, but that they have a video of me dragging this dog’s body into our house. My neighbors are liarsbecause it never happened. I have lived on this street since 1958. The news station said that my neighbors had said this was a blessing because I have been in my yard for years aiming my rifle at people driving down our road scaring people to death. These were all lies manufactured by the Beverly Hills P.D. and my neighbors. It took Josh Tetens office 18 months to indict me. My business & personal life has been destroyed by these malicious cops who were trying to bully my wife and I.
This is Bobby’s story, written at the bottom by Bobby himself. Beverly Hills probably made you think “BEVERLY HILLS”, but in reality people have washing machines on their porches in Beverly Hills. Yes, pointing a gun at your neighbors is a felony, however, Harry wasn’t in charge, the cops were and they didn’t charge him. I found the two films sensible and also I thought it was a shame no one would look at the films. Harry isn’t the cops. Thanks for reading.
