Jesus, notice he doesn’t actually deny it? He just says “they bring up your past” – yeah, no fucking shit sherlock! How do you think voters determine if you’re qualified and ethical?
It also sucks because the alternative Pat Curry was partner in a company that tried to silence an employee who spoke out against sexual harassment, and made case law in piercing the veil when they tried not to pay damages. But still, this is far worse.
It’s one of the reasons this is likely my last year voting in the Republican Party as there’s only 2 races I care about.
