Jay Justice is also the Fire Chief of the Downsville Volunteer Fire Department. He is currently on suspension for questionable financial decisions. (Go figure)! How a two time felon gets into a position of authority is beyond me. Shame on the Fire Board for allowing this to happen. Fortunately, with all the latest publicity, it looks they their finally going to terminate him. You folks in Downsville need to wake up and pay attention! Contact the Fire Board members and hold them accountable!
On another note, goggle Frontier Biologics/FDA. This is the company owned by Chad Justice. Interesting list of violation’s noted by the FDA. The letter is from November of 2024 and is available online. I don’t know the current status of the investigation, but once again it goes to the character and ethics of this family. Apparently it is widely known that these people think they can do whatever they want and the system won’t hold them accountable.
