I will never forget walking up to Josh Tetens and telling him point blank all about Par, Char, and getting a deputy to work as a yard man on the County dime. I asked him if he had any questions. He didn’t. I asked him if he knew Brittany Lannen, he did, she was standing behind me and I asked him if he had any questions for her as she (at that time) was going to be the attorney for the Crawleys.
Josh Tetens told me in front of at least two other people that he was “going to get his office to investigate the allegation”, AND that he didn’t need to ask Brittany Lannen anything.
By the way, this is the same Republican Meeting where Sex Pest West walked in, saw a certain very attractive lawyer and made a bee line over to her and chatted her up from the neck down. He was so intent on flirting with her, the dumbass didn’t notice the old, craggy woman sitting next to her, totally amazed. ME.
Back to Tetens.
You have to feel sorry for him in a way. However, if you’re this stupid you deserve whatever you get. Tetens didn’t have to suck up and join Club Par. He jumped right on that Par Train and went all the way, now, however, what is he going to do when Par simply put, goes down.
How are you going to separate yourself from your Daddy Par when he ultimately goes down when the Ellis County Assistant DA Special Prosecutor goes in front of the Grand Jury and easily proves that Parnell did it. The question is going to be how pissed off is the Grand Jury going to get and will they indict CHARLOTTE for her part in this too. Most everyone is pulling for Char to get hers, in fact they love striking at Char over Par’s hunched over shoulders.
Since we, in Waco, don’t care what Par does, and love inflating everything Par from him being a Marshall, he wasn’t, to a propeller on his wandering little Par.
God help us all.
The Church people here, especially the snake kissers don’t care, Sherre Johnston can get up time after time and give her “testimony” and everyone just goes back to Square 1 and it all starts again.
Fine. Just fine, but whatcha gonna do when the mighty TEXAS MONTHLY comes trotting on down? Hmmm. Mike Hall, one of the editors there, will trot right on down to cover the incredible allegations against “America’s Sheriff”.

Josh Tetens. Wow. You have NOTHING to be proud of, you refused to look at a crooked Sheriff, hell, you covered it up, or, in this case let me go from February to August before filing the Citizen’s Complaint.

SO, I am feeeling that the investigation of Par is winding down and soon, very soon, a very angry Grand Jury is going to indict him, maybe others, and ask Josh Tetens some very uncomfortable questions that he can’t answer.
Josh Tetens is a silly, silly man, he didn’t care if Par was dirty, they both got what they wanted out of their “relationship” and now, it’s on to bigger news that pathetic Christopher Sin Huevos ever saw. No, this is the bigtime.

Shame on the McLennan County DA’s Office 🟥
A child was molested — and this office handed the abuser a way out.
Let’s not get distracted by the judge alone. The McLennan County District Attorney’s Office is just as responsible for this disgraceful outcome.
They didn’t go to trial.
They didn’t fight for justice.
They negotiated a plea deal — one that gave a 47-year-old man who molested a 9-year-old just six years of deferred probation and 15 weekends in jail.
This wasn’t a weak case.
This wasn’t about lack of evidence.
This was a choice — a decision made in full view of the facts. A decision that protects a predator and betrays the child who had the courage to speak up.
Let’s also remember:
This predator, Miguel Fernando Perez, wasn’t even arrested until five years after the abuse, and wasn’t indicted until 2023. That delay alone raises serious questions about how the DA’s office handles crimes against children. And after all that time, the best they could offer the public was a plea deal that lets him walk free during the week?
🤔 Is this about justice — or about closing a case and clearing the docket?
And don’t forget — under deferred adjudication, if Perez “behaves” for six years, he walks away without a final felony conviction on his record.
He will still register as a sex offender — but his punishment doesn’t match the crime, and that’s because the DA didn’t demand it.
Enough is enough.
We, the people of McLennan County, demand:
- A public explanation from the DA’s office on why this plea deal was accepted.
- A review of how sex crimes involving children are being handled in this county.
- A commitment to put victims first — not convenience, not politics, and certainly not the comfort of predators.
To our elected officials and DA’s leadership:
You are failing our children when you treat justice like a bargaining chip.
This community is watching — and we are keeping receipts.
