Beauty and The Beast

Just look, a man who, in is Glory Days was on the cover of TEXAS MONTHLY more than three times, handsome, entitled, a p-y magnet playboy, poser that looked good in anyting, and another man who made his living in the ’05 who wouldn’t look good in a $10K Versache suit. Poor thing thought he couldn’t get elected without Daddy Par so he stepped right up and knew which ass to kiss, which contribution to give (to Par) and how to play the game so that he can stay in power and not worth anything for the rest of his life protected by the “them” of this forsaken place.
Tetens is also lazy.
Slovenly, oh, yeah, totally.
He’s so far up Parnell’s rump he doesn’t CARE that Parnell worked DEPUTIES at his “ranch”, perhaps an inmate or two we hear, and turns a blind eye towards the funny business Moron in Charge Cody does.
See, Josh and the office he has makes it easy on themselves, they prosecute kiddy diddlers, with or without Scaramucci, if you get accused of kiddy diddling, chances are a jury is going to send you down, “just in case”.
Crimes like working a deputy and charging it to the taxpayers are no problem for Josh Tetens. None. He simply doesn’t care.
Now, below, let’s play the bullshit game.

Subject: Complaint Dear Mr. Tetens,- Please email me with an update on the Complaints I presented to the Grand Juries in August. It has been some time and I have new information and would like to give it to the authorities involved or a Special Prosecutor. Since your office has recused itself I would like to know who the Special Prosecutor is and if no Special Prosecutor has been appointed, why not. It has been 8 months and it seems to me that there is political wrangling afoot to appoint a new Sheriff in some type of shenanigans involving Cody Blossman, another person who has an investigation against them. That a free election of men and women merely wanting to run for office is what we are all hoping for, it would appear we, once again have wealthy”Kingmakers” trying to position Blossman into the Sheriff’s replacement when an investigation is still going on. Please enlighten me as soon as possible so that I may plan how to proceed.

- Dear Ms. Feazell, The Rangers still have those cases, but our office has yet to find another office willing to accept the cases for further review and/or prosecution. Weekly we reach out to new offices requesting they accept the cases, but all, including the Attorney General’s Office, have refused to date. Thank you,
Josh Tetens
HERE IS THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH TETENS IS TOO STUPID OR LAZY TO LOOK UP

Texas has a Special Prosecution Unit (SPU) that serves as a pool of special prosecutors. The SPU is a group of attorneys who assist local district and county attorneys with prosecuting crimes, particularly those committed within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD).
Here’s a more detailed look:
- Purpose:The SPU was created in 1984 to address the unique challenges of prosecuting crimes within state correctional facilities, which can be resource-intensive for smaller local prosecutor’s offices.
- Responsibilities:The SPU assists with prosecuting crimes committed on TDCJ or TJJD property, including gang violence and other offenses. They also handle all civil commitment cases involving sex offenders throughout Texas.
- Location:The SPU’s headquarters are in Huntsville, where the TDCJ is also headquartered.
- Funding:The Criminal Division of the SPU is primarily funded through Criminal Justice Grants from the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division.
- Other Support:The Criminal Prosecutions Division of the Attorney General also provides assistance to local prosecutors, particularly when they lack the expertise or resources to handle complex cases or when conflicts of interest arise, according to the Attorney General’s website.
This dumb mfkr thinks I’m too stupid lazy to know I have recourse.
I may not get anywhere but Mr. Tetens and others had best get ready to fill out some forms.
THIS is what we’ve come to in this place, pagentry and bullshit, made up scenarios, “I will only not run again if they find someone good enough to take my place” or whatever b.s. from Tiny Felton, you know that was bullshit. They’ve had Tullis in the wings since John Erwin wasn’t a zillionaire.
They think we like and will accept this bullshit.
I won’t.
Anyone considering filing a State Bar Complaint against any of these people and need help, I’m here.
