Massimo DiCampli was charged with Assault against Dan Moroso last Friday.
The film is brought to you by Old Testament Vic Feazell who’s pretty hacked, DiCampli assaulted Moroso and Dan Moroso had to protect himself with a knife, and even the cops ruled it self defense.

Old Testament Vic, you never know what’s going to really piss him off. Sometimes stuff you think is nothing will hit him and he’ll go wild, other things, not so much. However, be advised Old Testament Vic is still in there, waiting, ready to spring at God only knows what.

Here is the account of what happened and an explanation of what is happening in the video and who is who.
Look at the white car in the middle.
Dan, in the white shirt, walks toward the car from his building.
You immediately see Massimo Di Campli approaching fast from the left side with another man.
Dan tries to step back a few times, but they keep pressing him.
Then they start hitting him and he pulls his knife and sticks Di Campli.
Police ruled what Dan did was self defense and they charged Di Campli with assault.
Di Campli was mad because he heard that Dan had told someone why he fired Di Campli a few years ago.
It was a holiday night and Di Campli was supposed to work. he called in faking sick. One of the other employees saw a Facebook post where Di Campli was at a party dancing. Dan’s manager asked if he could go ahead and fire him and Dan said yes. That canceled his future booking on his calendar and he got notice. Then Di Campli called and wanted to know why. Dan told him and he got real angry. He’s been angry ever since.
When Di Campli heard dan had recently told that story, he and the other guy were drinking at Di Campli’s. They went to Moroso’s and waited for Dan to get off work and attacked him in the parking lot.
The police report said they had alcohol on their breath. (not Dan).
Then di Campli started lying saying Dan had stabbed him without provocation while he was a customer in the restaurant. He was trying to organize a boycott of Moroso’s.
Last Friday the police charged Di Campli with Assault.
