For more David Russell shenanigans, head over to NextDoor and you can see his idiocy on full display. There, he speaks worse English than the Mexican immigrants he so badly wants to deport. He also claimed to have gone through city water records looking for the name/address of someone that actually likes the Estates bike lane he so vehemently opposes. And the cherry on top is one that has been mentioned on this blog before: he’s a moderator on NextDoor. So he uses his power to report and “downvote” posts that he disagrees with to get them removed. Then he blocks them. I have to imagine his “blocked list” could populate a small west Texas city at this point. Ole David is a real son of a bitch. And his lap dog Gerry Abendschein is a loose cannon, someone on the PD’s radar as a potential mass shooter. Just listen to him talk at city council meetings (Woodway has them recorded) and you will see that an anger management class or five might lower this asshole’s blood pressure a touch. It’s scary to think he has access to firearms. He doesn’t like the bike lane – neither do I – but damn, get a grip, pal.
