WHY do the commissioners and the Local Bar members keep on protecting the Paw Paw’s like Felton, Paw Paw Par, and for sure, Judge Jim Meyers. Look, he’ll be okay, he’ll get his retirement and if you remember he was BORN WEALTHY. He can go home, garden, do whatever but it is high time everyone wakes the hell up and tells him to go home now. Meyer is causing great harm in people’s families. He’s confused, at the very least, wanders around the Courthouse parking lot where people watch him from the courthouse and place bets on whether or not he finds his own damned car.
God help us all.
Hey, having a Family Court Judge fuck up people’s lives is a-okay, he’s rich, you’re not and hopefully, somewhere along the line his own family will keep him home. Right? Wrong.
To get rid of Meyers, fill out a form from the State Commission on Judicial Conduct, I have shown FIVE people so far how to do it and they have done it. Meyers will probably not have anything done about him, old farts have pity for other old farts, BUT, he will not enjoy having to go to Austin and sit on I35 traffic in a diaper.
Fill out the form, you cannot get anywhere if you do not fill out the form and send it in.
They will write you back and ask you if you’re sure and they will not do anything if you don’t give permission to use your name, use your name, let them put it on there, and inundate this guy with Complaints where it counts.
So far FIVE people have filed on him.

: IT’S ALWAYS SPRING BREAK IN JIM MEYER’S COURT Another day of permanent spring break in the Waco court that seems to have no cases. It was a tough day for Judge Meyer and the staff: 4 settings removed 1 motion from his favorite attorney 1 Motion to enter – paperwork probably a settlement This is a typical day at the 170th where it’s “Lights on – Nobody Home”. There may not be any cases being heard from the Judge who “won’t sign anything unless everyone agrees”; but the taxpayers are not getting a break. The full staff is being paid and the space is being heated and air conditioned, while nothing much is happening. Ask your County Commissioner (if you can find one of them in the Courthouse) what’s going on? We are expected to pay property taxes to fund the court but no cases are expected to be filed. Oh wait, we know why there isn’t any activity in the court. Litigants are afraid to go before the Judge who regularly rules before the respondent has a chance to speak. The Judge who asks a lawyer, “Excuse me, remind me what is the Sherman Act?” The same Judge who stated in open court that “everybody does porn that’s not issue” Republicans should be ashamed that this can go on for years and nobody (who could do something about it) says a thing.
