Yep. Remember the only reason the “ghost” audio was public was because Waco PD “forgot” to request an AG opinion and was ordered to release it. So the DA did the right thing? The right thing would be a review of all cases made by all SO deputies. Shouldn’t his supervisor have caught this before the guy spent months in jail?
