It’s no wonder that Parnell and his boys never wanted body cams. Sounds like Deputy Shaw pulled a Joseph Ballew. That’s when you pull the car over, search it, then figure out what probable cause you might’ve had. Although they operate more along the lines of “probably cause” as in, he’s a criminal and “probably” has drugs on him.
Or as Ballew put it in Waco PD’s video, “He was running from a ghost I guess.”
Parnell and his boys will play this off as a one-time thing, yet the “running from a ghost” was over a decade ago?
Just imagine all the dirty deeds body worn cameras would have exposed over the last decade.
But please, keep “riding herd on the lawless”
