As someone who has been to MSO training, I can attest that they’ve never forced people to go without water. Look at how fat and out of shape many of their deputies are. If they were forced to train in extreme heat without water, they’d be going to the hospital if not to the morgue. It sounds to me like someone exercised poor judgment and showed up to training dehydrated then fainted. However, dehydration doesn’t explain why he also fainted working an off-duty security job.
