LET’S DISCUSS THEFT BY A PUBLIC SERVANT, DO WE LIKE IT BETTER?

Wow, so many crimes to choose from when you know the facts, the evidence, and the elements are all there. Nothing like a Buffet of law, since, of course, elected officials have been getting employees to do their bidding for years. Silly me, I thought this kind of thing went out in the fifties, guess not.

Let us educate one another about the LAW and what WE can do about it ourselves since we can’t depend on our DA and others to do it.

Tired of waiting for someone to DO something? Me too, let’s do it ourselves, we can, you know.

Tetens, King Scott, Dustin Chapman, all the Commissioners, they don’t care that Par got 150K off the Taxpayers of McLennan County. You know he didn’t pay IRS either for that….hmm.

Tell your friends. Educate one another.

Let Harry ask you a question, how many Harry readers might there be out of 12 people in a room? Only takes one.

Tell eachother, Grand Juries and Juries are really random now, not like the good old days where you could actually stack one, nope, random from the voter registration. ANYONE could be on a Grand Jury. Please educate one another as to the CORRUPTION we have in our COUNTY GOVERNMENT and the constant enrichment and elevation of one another to high paying jobs, forever employees, and going along to get along. There is not a “pair” in the entire place and you know it.

NOW, if not now, when?

In Texas, theft by a public servant is a type of theft crime that can increase the base penalty. The value of the stolen property determines the severity of the punishment, which can range from a Class C misdemeanor to a first degree felony. The penalties increase as the value of the stolen property increases. For example, theft of a service is classified as a Class A misdemeanor if the value is between $750 and $2,500, but a state jail felony if the value is between $2,500 and $30,000.
