RALPH STROTHER JUDGE ASSISTANT DA GETS EVERYONE IN DEEP TROUBLE WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Because it was five I put up realtor instead of relator, duhh, I also have just now read where these Writs are only granted 10% of the time but this one seems to be a no brainer, guess we’ll see.

From the prosecutor’s tool shed, the writ of mandamus | Texas District & County Attorneys Association (tdcaa.com)

Wow! You don’t get to see a Writ of Mandamus very often. This one is because of Ralph. It’s hysterically funny and pretty obvious to ANYONE with a brain, AND, Tetens, well, everyone is out to protect poor Ralph, no one wants to grow up and just send him home to Phyllis, he doesn’t want to go.

SO, now we have Ralph acting as an Assistant DA, being very “careful”, which is a joke, not to have a conflict of interest on a case where he was the Judge and even set the Bond. Oh, no problem there, right? HE WAS THE JUDGE AND NOW HE WANTS TO BE THE CAREFUL PROSECUTOR too. Nuts?

Sorry for the absolutely lousy quality of this copy of the Writ, “they” fix things where you cannot copy and paste, copy, or download. Taking the photo was my only choice so here it is.

Yeah, poor Robin Brown, had to pay lawyers to FIX what was pretty obvious and was raised as an OBVIOUS problem when Josh hired Ralph. Daddy issues? Big time, these young guys, come on.

It’s fun to read just how stupid they were AND what a waste of time and taxpayer money this is, plus poor Robin Brown having to go to the TENTH COURT OF APPEALS over it.
