This is just sad. Parnell McNamara, shame on you.
I work at the jail. I work on a shift with over 30 employees. I don’t know anyone here on shift supporting our current boss. We are all looking for change. We are unable to cope with the way things are at this point. The only ones happy are the ones working in the front office (when they are here). The rank and file do not like this place. We do not like the treatment and unfair promotional process. We all know if you’re not in the click, you don’t get promoted. It’s a sinking ship! We need a new leader at the top. We all plan to vote. We know that’s the only way change will take effect. We see all these people posting hoorah things about Parnell but they really don’t know how we are treated or they just don’t care
