He can’t even log on to a computer. HE’s a mean old codger now and wants to control who’s the NEXT Sheriff from the grave because he’s a NARCISSIST. Don’t let him do it.
I never thought I would be writing to a blog. I will admit that I am probably one of the people that read your blog and don’t admit it. My jaw is on the floor after reading some of the employee’s stories that have left the Sheriff Department. I cannot believe that no one will do anything about the horrible situation going on there.
If I read right 618 people have left under McNamara, that is 618 families that lost income, Insurance and retirement that is an awful lot to walk away from! That speaks volumes about McNamara’s lack of leadership. Makes me wonder how many times he has been out to the jail and seen how these employees and the inmates are treated. McNamara has no clue, which tells me he is out of touch with his staff and his responsibilities the jail is out of compliance, and understaffed. We have inmates not getting medical care. So exactly what does McNamara do? Can someone please tell me what it is that he does? This is real life not the movies or a TV show!
He will never get my vote ever again!
