I can not believe that we live in an era where the public has no idea or just turn a blind eye to what is going on in McLennan County!
A little Info for the masses:
The role of the sheriff has evolved over the years from one of a roving, gun toting lawman leading a posse, to that of a high-tech, computer equipped business manager who spends more time reading law books than wanted posters.
My understanding is that Parnell McNamara can barley operate a computer, so who is doing all the administration while he plays Matt Dillon? Apparently, NO ONE!
Now on to my real problem, I read your story about the inmate that missed not one but two dialysis appointments! Who is managing the jail??? This man could have died! I am sure there will be a law suite that will cost the taxpayers a pretty penny over this one. I do not care who this man was, he is someone’s son, brother, father, nephew, friend, being an inmate does NOT make you any less of a human being. Do I like the fact that we as taxpayers must pick up the tab no, no I don’t, however I would like it a lot less if one of my family members died because of the Sheriffs NON EXISTANCE administration at the jail!
Now our jail is technically in NON-COMPLIANCE on hold pending an appeal from Parnell McNamara. If I read right the investigation is not over. How incompetent Parnell is, and he has surrounded himself with more incompetence feel safe in McLennan County yet? Or did he hand you a business card and tell you “this is your get out of jail card” YES this apparently is a thing with Parnell, pathetic old man married to a woman that thinks he is perfect, might want to keep a closer eye on your man…. Just saying.
Parnell McNamara is a narcissistic liar that believes his own lies! Proof you posted a clip from a former Federal Prosecutor that says Kenneth McDuff was TURNED IN by another TRASH TRUCK driver in Kansas after seeing McDuff on Americas Most Wanted. Unless Parnell started driving a trash truck in Kansas….. He has told numerous people that he hunted McDuff down and caught him another LIE, he puts clips of him escorting him back to Waco to enhance his LIE. He also wants the folks to believe that he was a US Deputy Marshal well he was, BUT he was NOT an investigator he was a BALIFF for the Federal Courthouse and PRISIONER TRANSPORTER, he may have assisted Federal Prosecutor Bill Johnson when he was seeking the limelight but not enough to actually catch anyone and not as an official investigator just him, his brother, and Old Bill Johnson trying to get a little publicity for themselves.
And he accomplished this all while him and the Mike the brother he moved from the pay by the hour motel while he was either dead or dying to save face and “reputation”, can’t have people finding out they were all sleeping with the same woman…. Mike was flying under bridges ILLEGALLY in rented planes….. You just can not make this up he said it seriously…
OK sorry Harry, I went way off my initial NON-COMPLIANCE rant! But I want to thank you again for all your time and effort to bring the truth to the people of McLennan County! I do not think most of them realize that you get your information from the Freedom of Information Act and that you request this information from the County and other Governmental agencies.
