$83,162.00 for California Sunshine, Richard Conoley, who spends his time sexually harassing women, TWO HR complaints so far, having an affair with Erin Spruill, getting himself moved by his “buddies” now that Kilcrease left him dangling like a frightened child.
$84,254.00 is what they pay Lisa Taylor? She’s the one that went to law school and can’t pass the Bar Exam. Guess the County is full of wanna be lawyers or real lawyers that have to work for somebody else. Wtf?

Employment history of Jacob Atkinson, including pay.
Date of move by Richard Conoley from the Hwy 84 jail to the Jack Harwell. Employment file of Richard Conoley including reprimands, letters to HR, and complaints, starting pay, starting location, present location, and pay.
Exit interview of Pam Whitlock.
All sexual harassment complaints against Richard Conoley from his start date to the present.
Employment history, and jailer license of Brandy Burson, including starting pay to the present, all schools, promotions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
