The rank and file are MISERABLE.

There’s always a good ol boy system in every type of politics. As someone who has worked along side both administrations there is a huge difference in the previous administration VS the current.
The current administration has no respect for the jail and the job the jailers do. You get treated like trash from both inmates and supervisors. Admin can’t make a decision and change rules and the way things are done on a daily basis. Everyone is miserable.
