Thank you for asking this extremely interesting quesiton. If you or a loved one dies, say in a Motel somewhere, not in a hospital, not at home and you have a medical history, is the person sent off for autopsy as a matter of law? Seems if you have clout you can actually get a Justice of the Peace to sign off and it’s “fine just fine”. Of course, you’d have to have some clout to do that, I mean, it’s bigger than say, a “walk through”, right?
