Aaah, I remember going to the Sheriff’s department and asking them to take the Lillie Hefele case and make it a COLD CASE. Ask David Johnson, AND I had them tape the whole thing, they accidentally gave me the recording so, I’m telling the truth here and can prove it on tape. They know this.
They reopened the case and it was being investigated by Deputies who really wanted to do the right thing, they heard rumors about the “real killer” and interviewed witnesses.
Captain January said that Lillie Hefele was killed in McLennan County.
The main suspect is Johnny Ash. Ash has written me and threatened me twice, of course, since he’s good for money, Parnell doesn’t care.
