As the lack of a decent leader persists, deputies and jailers are exiting to find employment elsewhere with less Par and more law enforcement.
As more and more deputies get tired of having to prove loyalty to a morally bankrupt Sheriff and his henchmen, and prepare to leave, the jail problems persist. Deputies and jailers are leaving, had enough of it, so now EVERYONE at the Sheriff’s department gets to work at the jail. Familiar Courthouse faces, now get a turn working in the jail, also deputies who are Patrol deputies. The happiness continues as they wind up working at The Entrance Gate or somewhere else in the jail.
