The Jail Standards Commission has hit the McLennan County Jail. At last.
Since Par’s new goal is to REMOVE EVERYONE with any rank from the McLennan County jail and replace them with the MYSTERIOUS FAST CARS group, it won’t surprise anyone that the hatchet man comes from out of town. Conoley is the butt buddy of “not related to anyone here” transplant Dave Kilcrease, who’s too busy to realize Par’s going to hang him out to dry when the shit hits the fan and Par’s going to use his “age” and “bad report from a doctor” card. Wait and see. He is such a Narcissist, he’s getting THEM to butcher the good guys. What a great Sheriff, a real leader.
Richard Conoley, also moonlighted over at Par’s “Ranchette” “Yellowstone in Bosqueville”, and we are sure got very close feeding the horses and other livestock that “just wandered up”.
Conoley has got his moment in the sun, he wasn’t here to see the GLORY DAYS of one Steve January, who, along with Alice, travelled extensively and camped out with Par and Char at the Hielo and remember that extended trip to Galveston? Well, the January’s aren’t up for sand in their crack this year, nope.
Way back there in December when the double dipping first came up, it was Steve January who said, “this isn’t going to go away”, and then he (Capt. January) did. You don’t see Steve and Alice camping with the SMACKnamaras anymore. Steve isn’t that stupid. He is smart, probably the only one in the Department that READ the materials from TxDot and knows “Deep Shit” when he sees it.
Par’s aim is to replace everyone that could be a “MOLE” and throws caution to the wind that at some point, since everyone KNOWS what the hell he and his son Cody and the rest are doing, it’s going to be lawsuit time.

Now we have a jail death, Kilcrease says Mr. Evans died at Providence, Providence says, “hell no”.
Waco PD is investigating, so you know what that means……….let’s just laugh and go on here.

The main thing is that the JAIL STANDARDS COMMISSION ALREADY HAD FIVE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE JAIL, PARNELL WRITING SPECIAL ORDERS ON PEOPLE IN HIS OWN HANDWRITING, of course, disappeared, UNQUALIFIED CODEFENDANTS COMING BACK FOR MONEY TO PAY FUTURE LAWYERS, ENTER GRANDMA MUFFINTOP MAJOR WHITLOCK.
We can only hope that the Jail Standards Commission does their thing and catches these idiots doing what everyone, just everyone knows is going on. Please know that each and every stroke of the computer at the jail is there…………….FOREVER, like a bank. Uh oh, for whomever is the clean up man (Eubanks) on the records.
Richard Conoley was imported to fk everyone at the jail and turn them over to HR for all manner of bullshit. We have a Public Info Request in on that one.

This shows nothing but corruption, and they wonder why employees are bailing faster than they can hire them, it’s spreading like wild fire that place sucks to work for. As for evil they just need to look in the mirror to see it. As for California “Sunshine “ he will force more of the good ones out, very few left and be left with 18 year old “newbies”, more suicides coming folks, so stock up on popcorn.
Guess he doesn’t realize that Kilcrease is miserable and DRINKS like a fish……….pills? Everyone is in denial and frightened, this will not end well.
Two Commissioners from the Jail Standards Commission were here TODAY. Bet they loved that California Sunshine man Conoley. What idiots, they all just are out of their minds.
