Totally innocent, thinking her husband was going to win a trip to Las Vegas for the both of them, excited. She let him take out TWO policies on her. HE told her that, indeed “selling to your own family” was okay with John Hancock insurance, this, of course, was a lie.
She didn’t see it coming.
She didn’t see the “set up”. She knew and fought the men who killed her for her husband’s huge gambling debts. Shot with a high powered shotgun, lifted and placed into the passenger seat of her new car her husband had just bought her to “show his love”, and left to be found by strangers.
Her killers were smart. What if she was killed in Waco and moved to Ft. Worth, THAT would certainly mess up “jurisdiction”, wouldn’t it? Sure enough for 40 years.
STILL, we beg law enforcement, get mad at law enforcement, call them, beg them, on and on, and they DO NOTHING. FAMILIAL DNA is as easy as 23andme but will they run it?
