Now that Paul Looney, biker lawyer, thanks to the 10th. Court of Appeals overturning Fish Faced Sleeping Judge Doug Shaver, doesn’t have a GAG ORDER stopping him from just spewing the truth, here’s our first little behind the scenes “chickensh*t deal” that went on during TWIN PEAKS.
Funny how no cops and seemingly no bikers had their cell phones on the day of TWIN PEAKS and no videos were recorded. Remember? Well, seems there was one video seized, a private romantic recording between one Cory Ledbetter and his girlfriend. Prosecutors used this tape to get a better plea, except they didn’t believe the bikers when they said, “Hey, DUMBA** we’re not going to plead”.
This tape has been rumored to have hit all branches of law enforcement, City, county,State and many nice officers of the law have gotten to make snide comments about the tape, yuck it up, and smirk. Just like they do when they come out to your house and take a report or treat you when you get arrested.
We can’t even get the Johns from the recent Tui Na House raid in the paper or arrested, BUT, if you have a naughty tape on your cell phone around here, look out. A PIMP got probation but a guy who had a sex tape on his phone in TWIN PEAKS and later the idiots had to dismiss said case.
What kind of bullsh*t is this?
Roxanne Avery and Paul Looney must be laughing themselves sick this morning. All these months not being able to scream what a crappy deal went on here. Well, now they can.
Law enforcement has nothing to be proud of in this county, what happens with each time they are called, well, sort of depends on whether or not their breakfast was any good. THIS used to be the standard for how Federal Judges made their rulings, however, now you have it down to your beat cop. They are Judge and jury right there. Whatever the law is, they don’t really care very much.
TAPE YOUR COPS, I don’t care if you called them because your neighbor is beating his old lady, or what, tape them. You cannot trust them to tape you. They seem to have not taped very much at TWIN PEAKS yet they were everywhere.
Ask yourself wth with that?
This was done on purpose. Passing around this tape was done on purpose. We all know the “Chickenshit Law” when we see it, and we see it.
We have ‘WHORES AND PIMPS” and a DA who dismisses cases and gives probation at whim or however his twisted sense of humor thinks at the time.
We have people who are supposed to report to jail on the weekends but don’t because they don’t have to, some are above the law entirely.

To put this in perspective…think about every personal photo and message on your cell phone and what it would be like to have every attorney representing a client in these cases having them. It’s a huge violation of privacy.
Paul Looney has referred to this as “Revenge Porn” in order for the McLennan County District Attorney’s office to use it against Cody Ledbetter in order to get a plea (before his case was dismissed). Tell us what you think here. #RevengePorn
