Parnell didn’t want Vic “to be right”, this is all true and I am sure that Parnell’s feelings are really hurt because Fuller told the truth again.
For all you for whom NOTHING Parnell will sway you, Terry Fuller is beyond reproach. Ask any Waco PD, MCSO, or law enforcement officer. True that. Ask somebody. Google Terry Fuller. When MCSO took justice away from Fuller and others, he took away the sense of justice and “The Brotherhood” away from everyone.
The inclusion of good old Jake Burson in the mayhem that created the Bryce Chapman we have today is the same. Bryce Chapman, beyond reproach. Jake Burson voted to fire him too.
Let me repeat that Jake Burson voted to get rid of Bryce Chapman too and he had only been there a few days when this happened. Yeah, BURSON, the great Brotherhood guy.
The reason we have problems at the MCSO is because Parnell kills the ambition and sense of right and wrong in good men. We get a sense of justice at age 5, Terry Fullers and others lived this, Parnell took Fuller off the Lillie Hefele case and the Rita Salazar case. He sucked the life out of just the best man, for Johnny Ash blood money and ego.
Parnell chips away at the young men and their dedication. It starts with that walking the check at breakfast and goes on and on from there to having to ignore the families of victims you’ve become close to because the murderer was the Sheriff’s second biggest contributor.
You will be hearing more about this soon. These things are in my sworn Petition to remove this evil Sheriff.

When Vic brought out the fact that Henry Lee Lucas didn’t kill hundreds of people, the Texas Rangers got mad. Real mad.

At that time Colonel Jim Adams was the head of the Rangers and DPS, only time in history they didn’t have a leader that came up through the ranks of DPS. Last time too.
Adams had been the deputy director of the FBI, he was the mastermind behind the Martin Luther King episode at the motel in Memphis by the way. To get Vic, Adams called in his buddies at the FBI and it was “on”. The old dried up man behind Vic was Floyd Mitchell, DPS , the goons in front, FBI. 1986 before most of you were even born.

Anything I have given Jake Burson, he has refused. I think I have even talked to him once, yeah, fun times. I had some guy ask me what I had against Jake as he had an “exemplery history in law enforcement”. Yean, like what? Tell me one big thing he did.

When Henry Lucas was the Rangers’ trophy it was before DNA, before the internet got going big time, but it wasn’t before big egos and gifts and tv. The Rangers look like absolute fools in the NETFLIX SERIES, THE CONFESSION KILLER.
They allow Bob Prince to get on camera year after year and you know they’re all hiding their faces as ole Bob is just the worst in the entire Netflix series. The worst.
THIS is Bob Prince with Henry. His puppy. “Yeah, I did it”, then off to Dairy Queen Bob would go for Henry’s faves in Georgetown. Prince and Phil Ryan were flown all over the United States when Henry was cleaning up the numbers on unsolved crimes. Prince and Ryan were in parades, received awards, were given antique rifles and commemorative guns (you know how they love those guns) When Vic and Harwell pulled the rug out from under them, they came after Vic to destroy him. They destroyed many people during that fun time, including me, our son, and most of us that were together at that time in one way or another.

DNA has proven Vic right over and over again.
Terry Fuller, at the MCSO found the real murderer of Rita Salazar, one of Lucas’ alleged victims. When Fuller told Captain January about it he also told January that it was a Lucas Confession. Upon hearing that, Parnell and January decided to tell Fuller, once again, to stand down.
They told Fuller to “stand down” because they didn’t want “Vic Feazell to be right”.
Think about that.
Ultimately, the case was solved, and it came out that Vic was, indeed, right. (again)
Now, Vic’s ex wife is pushing to have DNA run and the Hefele case reopened. Sounds reasonable doesn’t it? Run the DNA you told Barry Johnston (then our DA) you had a “cigar”. Come on.
The TEXAS RANGERS COLD CASE SQUAD when Burson was still there at the Texas Ranger Hall of Shame, refused it. Ask him.
Why? I think because I’m me, a Feazell, and they just can’t stand it even forty years later.
Just think, Parnell took Fuller off the Salazar case because he didn’t want Vic to be “right”.
Recently, I hooked up Terry Fuller with Vic and they talked for a couple of hours about how awful it was for Fuller, who is a real man and was a real Law Enforcement Officer was treated and his “sense of justice” was killed by Ass Kiss January and egomaniac Parnell at the expense of Salazar’s family.
Parnell didn’t want Vic to be right.
Vic also tried to get Ft. Worth to investigate Hefele to no avail.
THIS is all true, ask them.
Watch the Confession Killer on Netflix, take a look at a vendetta between a powerful agency, The Rangers, and one man.
Prove me wrong on that one too. Come on.
