Michael Habern Jr. appeared in Federal Court this morning along with a Clemond Earl Busby. It seems that there were 11 others who have already been charged. The Feds are seeking 1.5 million in forfeited money for ill gotten gains. The charge is Conspiracy to commit money laundering. OUCH, Habern is looking at 20 years on Count 1.

The Indictment says he was buying stolen jewelry from people in robberies of jewelry stores all over the State.
We also hear from his neighbors who camped out after hearing “flash bangs” say there was a lot of marijuanna, money, gold and over 100 guns.
Looks like Bond Hearing next Tuesday.
