Parnell steals people’s stuff. Always has always will. Remember the Dunn guns? Yep, he did that, and a lot of other people’s guns. Years ago I wrote the Commisisoners, King Felton, and the outside auditors to have an audit of the Evidence locker for the guns, and also the one for money. Larry Lynch left over 40K there in cash, gone.
People have contacted me recently about having their guns stolen, the MCSO finding them, then the MCSO letting the guy who stole them off and not giving back the guns.

About hunting people in Mexico. Parnell and Mike used to put cherry bombs up the asses of cats and cows. They thought it was cute. Yes, they did this. TP had a bucket of cherry bombs and they loved them, especially out of State. Ask any relative. The animals died a painful bloody death for these two degenerate ofsprings of an illustrious sire.

First and most important:
When Parnell McNamara was in high school and college, his father (former chief deputy sheriff and a U.S. Marshal at the time) took Parnell and his brother to the border to hunt and kill people crossing illegally… for sport.
Not as important, but relevant to the way he regarded women:
Parnell and his brother had women defecate on glass tables while they laid underneath and watched (presumably at fraternity parties). My dad referenced this behavior as “sick.”
INFORMATION SHARED BY MY STEP-GRANDMOTHER, MARGIE ALLEN, AFTER MY DAD DIED IN 2013:
Parnell McNamara reported my dad to the FBI when I was ten years old in order that he could steal a family gun collection of 200 guns.
MY CONTRIBUTION TO THIS INFORMATION:
My dad first smoked marijuana in a car with Supreme Court Justice license plates with the son of a judge in the fraternity at Baylor. To quote my dad, “I felt pretty safe.” He also shared that they were all under the impression it would be legalized.
As a result of McNamara’s greed, my dad went to prison in Texarkana for roughly one and a half years. The house built by my great-grandparents when my grandmother was eight years old was seized by the FBI and auctioned, along with several acres of land around the house. Family reunions stopped. My dad was shunned by friends, many of whom were well connected and even smoked marijuana with him at his home. My grandma had a stroke. My step-dad was physically abusive and would tell me, “If you don’t like it here, you can move in with your dad,” who was in prison at the time.
I moved in with my dad at my grandmother’s home after he was released. I couldn’t have experienced a more loving home environment. My dad made breakfast every morning. He also made dinners including the best chicken fried steak I’ve ever eaten. He used to call me his baby duck and his little prima donna. Never a day went by that he didn’t tell me he loved me, and no one in my life has ever looked at me with so much pride. I miss him every day with all my heart.
But all of this pales in comparison to what Parnell McNamara is trying to do to families now. No one can trust him, especially the families he is trying to separate. He doesn’t care about your children. He was raised to be a racist. He is a shame to his badge and our town… and our country.
