DA’S OFFICE SEIZES BIG MOMENT DILDO WITHOUT BATTERY JAY JUSTICE

John Jay Justice v. The State of Texas Appeal from 19th District Court of McLennan County :: 2019 :: Texas Court of Appeals, Tenth District Decisions :: Texas Case Law :: Texas Law :: U.S. Law :: Justia

So, a man on felony probation, Jay Justice, for holding an automatic weapon to the throat of a then, 14 year old black boy, that grew up to be a Waco policeman gets charged with elderly abuse and the DA doesn’t revoke his probation. Hmmm.

Let us ad in that Jay Justice is the friend of our Sheriff who sells out really, really cheap. It’s sad how cheap. Jay Justice gave and installed vanity lights for our Sheriff. This is our Sheriff playing cowboy again and trying to get some pink pantied Posse member to ride along with him. Every old man needs this stuff.

Anyway, this, is just the easiest reason to shove up them, it’s the most stupid, and should really make everyone angry. THIS is one reason Jay Justice walks free on that felony. THIS and the fact that Josh Tetens wouldn’tve gotten elected without the bullying of Par and his cronies with money and nothing else going for them, but, hey, there’s the money. Anyway, Tetens is happy to be out of the ’05 and has to kiss Char’s ample ass. Stay with me, I’m going somewhere with this.

SO, a few days back I asked them on this blog why they hadn’t put Jay in jail for Probation Revocation.

Of course, I’m nuts and they are the right arm of the angry god himself, so they don’t answer me, they’re smarter than me, and you, but haha, not smarter than Par and Char. Look at Josh kiss that ass!!

On the 28th. Jay Justice forgot to charge up his leg monitor and now the DA’s office has filed a motion to Revoke and/or increase Jay Justice’s bond.

‘Cause heaven knows THIS is a much worse thing than holding an automatic weapon to the neck of a 14 year old and being found guilty by a jury of 12.

THEY want us to think they really did something here. Big joke.

Another day of politicians covering for one another in this despicable county government.

All you gotta do to get out of jail is flatter some aging judge or sheriff here, embarrassing.
