DJ ADAMS ROASTED BY KWTX

DJ has been cheating people for over a year now. His once very respected wife has been taking up for him but the suspicion is that after she lost her job at Hillcrest they had financial problems keeping up their house in Woodway SOOOooo, DJ stepped up and just cheated people all over Texas. Harry has had calls from Temple, Cameron, and other cities where this assh*ole has cheated people to support himself in very fine style.

He also is being sued by TFNB who used to LOVE DJ, not anymore, seems he took money from them and never paid them back either.

His wife, well, she got into it too and you can’t tell me she didn’t know it was true.

Come on here.

Don’t let him do probation, he’ll never get another job and pay this money back so let him sit his aging pretty face in prison. Enough.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) – A former Waco police sergeant turned contractor remains free on bond after his arrest Monday on a felony theft charge.

Dealan James (D.J.) Adams, 42, of Woodway, posted $10,000 bond and was released from the McLennan County Jail on Tuesday after his arrest on a theft of services of more than $30,000 but less than $150,000 charge, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Adams was named in a sealed indictment Sept. 11 and was taken into custody Monday. The theft case was investigated by the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office and sent to the District Attorney’s Office without an arrest as a grand jury referral case.

Indictments against defendants who are not arrested before indictment are returned under seal until the defendant is in custody.

According to county records, Adams operates a contracting company called The Guys Services of Central Texas.

His company hired Austin Montgomery of The Roof Co. for a job in November 2024 “with intent to avoid payment for a service that the defendant knew was provided only for compensation, namely roofing labor and materials,” according to the indictment.

The indictment alleges Adams agreed to pay Montgomery and, “after service was rendered, failed to make full payment after receiving notice demanding payment” in the amount of more than $30,000 but less than $150,000.

Adams resigned from the Waco Police Department as a sergeant in May 2020 after working there almost 15 years, according to a police spokeswoman.

He also served as a reserve deputy for the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office until about a year ago, said Chief Deputy Cody Blossman.
