Hello Harry, I was waiting for you to share something about this. I agree that these employees deserve raises, but I think the bigger issue is poor management. It’s hard to overlook the pattern of Cody’s friends repeatedly being placed in high-ranking roles.
For example, the promotion of Brandy Burson directly from a civilian role to Lieutenant raises concerns about appropriate qualifications and supervisory experience. The recent promotion of Jason Sandle/Sandel, which was not formally announced to us is concerning— are they trying to hide something.
That’s just a few positions to name.
