Protected by our lame Sheriff for years and years, suddenly, Tetens and the DA’s office decides to pretend they actually care enough and are brave enough to buck the Sheriff. That is because FINALLY Public Outcry and ONE Waco Policeman. ONE, actually listened and had some sense.
This is the most cruel and outrageous ignoring of a situation as ever seen in this town. The widow of a powerful man, with powerful money, taken over by this family of absolute morons, who are being supported by other morons.
THIS could have been solved years ago except for one Sheriff and one Jeep with Vanity Lights.
Shame on every one of you in power who ignored this on purpose to continue sucking up to a man who is nothing more than a hologram of NOTHINGNESS, Parnell.
Act like your testicles are big now, oooh, we’re going to demand that the 79 year old go to jail.
Big whoop, where were you when Johnnie Sharp still had more time? Sitting with the Sheriff at some baked chicken leg and thigh with those smelly brussel sprouts.
Tetens can now pretend to be independent and not for sale but we all know better.
Give these people HELL when you see them.

DA’s office alleges Mary Justice violated bond by allowing battery on GPS ankle monitor to shut down

WACO, Texas (KWTX) – The McLennan County District Attorney’s Office is seeking to revoke the bond of a Waco woman charged with her two sons and another woman with financially exploiting the widow of former Big Red president Donal Sharp.
Mary Justice, 79, her two sons, Chad Justice, 51, John Jay Justice, 54, and Jay Justice’s girlfriend, Cassandra Draper, 36, remain free on bond after their indictments on various charges stemming from what prosecutors are calling a scheme to injure Johnnie Sharp, who suffers from dementia and other ailments, and plundering her sizeable estate.
While 19th State District Judge Thomas West amended bond conditions for the four last week by taking them off house arrest, he denied defense motions to remove their GPS ankle monitors as a condition of their bonds. The judge also imposed an 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew on the four.
In a motion filed Monday, the DA’s office alleges Mary Justice violated a condition of her $150,00 bond by allowing the battery on her GPS ankle monitor to shut down for more than 11 hours on July 27. Prosecutors are seeking to revoke her bond, deny her bond altogether or to increase it.
West has scheduled a hearing for Aug. 15 to consider the motion. In the meantime, Mary Justice remains free on bond while McLennan County District Attorney Josh Tetens is considering whether to file a motion to revoke Jay Justice’s felony probation for aggravated assault in light of his indictment in the case.
Jay Justice was convicted in a 2015 case in which he pointed an AR-15 rifle at two teens who were visiting his daughter at 1 a.m. at Justice’s home in Robinson.
Chad Justice, 51, resigned as Johnnie Sharp’s guardian at a hearing in McLennan County Court-at-Law on Friday. In turn, McLennan County Court-at-Law Judge Vik Deivanayagam appointed the charitable social service agency Friends for Life as temporary guardianship over Mrs. Sharp’s well-being, stripping Chad Justice of any authority over Mrs. Sharp.
Deivanayagam appointed Friends for Life guardians over Mrs. Sharp’s estate after a hearing in September 2024, while appointing Chad Justice guardian over her well-being after being presented with a declaration from Mrs. Sharp indicating she didn’t want her son, Brad Sharp, to be her guardian.
Brad Sharp’s attorneys, John Mabry and John Lewis, said last week Sharp ultimately will seek guardianship over his mother’s “substantial estate” and her well-being.
Mabry said he thinks the Justice family has taken “hundreds of thousands of dollars” of Johnnie Sharp’s money.
“We believe the facts will show Mrs. Sharp was suffering from dementia, memory loss, confusion and serious physical and cognitive impairments when she executed that declaration, and it was the result of undue influence and fraud on her by Chad Justice, his brother, Jay Justice, and Jay’s wife, Cassandra Draper, and their mother, Mary Justice,” Mabry said last week. “All of them have been indicted criminally for endangering Johnnie Sharp physically and financially exploiting her.”

If she does not get sent back to jail to wait for her trial date, then we all know that she is still getting preferential treatment. Is this just smoke and mirrors?
They’re going to throw Mary to the wolves, she already has no lawyer, her sons do, they’ll blame her and say she has dementia. It will probably work since Parnell and his minions love these incredible low lifes so much.. Thanks for reading me.
