Wow. Just wow. Notice that AJ likes to engage in “heavy petting” with numerous women, he seems to get by with it in McLennan County. Dallas County, doesn’t play.
Great story by Tommy Witherspoon, good job KWTX.
Waco Trib? Facebook has better obituaries and the pop ups drive me nuts.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) –A Waco man remains free on bond after his arrest last week in Dallas on charges he assaulted his girlfriend of two years at the Omni Hotel.

Alexander James Beasley, 36, was charged with assault-family violence, impeding breathing after police were called to the 17th floor hotel room about a disturbance.
Taylor McGough told police she and Beasley got into an argument July 17 “over sexual intercourse” and Beasley struck her, according to an arrest affidavit.
The couple was in the bathroom “engaged in sexual intercourse” when McGough told Beasley “I am not feeling it” and “this is basically rape,” the affidavit alleges.
Beasley “became violent and hit her with his closed right hand that had a towel wrapped around it,” reports allege. McGough said Beasley knocked her into the bathtub and she “in defense mode” began striking him while trying to exit the bathroom, according to arrest reports.

McGough reported Beasley grabbed her and pulled her into his chest, restricting her breathing pattern, police reported. McGough then bit Beasley in the chest area and began to grab and claw at him in an attempt to get away.
The affidavit alleges McGough broke free and left the bathroom, and Beasley wrapped his forearm and bicep around her throat, causing her to have breathing difficulty for 10 to 20 seconds.
Beasley told police that after McGough made the statement referring to rape, he began recording the encounter with his phone. He said she began to attack him.
“However, (Beasley) was very vague about how the altercation began and how he sustained a bite mark on his chest and scratch marks on his neck,” the affidavit states. “(Beasley) stated that after the complainant made the ‘rape’ comment the complainant had become enraged and started to attack (him).”
Police reported there was a child in the room during the altercation. The child was released to her mother, who came to the hotel to get her, according to the affidavit.
KWTX normally does not identify victims of domestic abuse without their permission. However, McGough shared her story, including photos, on Facebook and agreed to share her story with KTWX.
