Here’s Char, exercising her right as Sheriff to use county crime scene tape to cordon off her stepdaughters home place while deputies are called in and Par poses for a non existent camera while a breeze blows between his legs where his cojones used to be. HA.
Harry’s mantra is EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL. EQUAL. NO walk throughs for employees relatives, NO letting other law enforcement officers just have someone drive them home as a courtesy, NO special treatment for big donors, buddies, or relatives.
NO HIRING relatives of other law enforcement officers would be nice, Christina Keliske Barnum, wife of Sheriff’s deputy, Jason Barnum, then there’s Jade Burson, wife of a Texas Ranger AND the highest paid civilian at MCSO at $70K. NO giving an ex brother in law County Construction Contracts. NO suck up sweet deals for news reporters or their families. NO 10 sweet deals for girlfriends who help you move your brother’s body.

You’d think the PD wouldn’t buckle but they did, Char did something on August 13, 2024 but we don’t know what. The “word” Harry got was that Char mentioned every person of power she knew in this incident. They said it was something to behold, AND, obviously, NOTHING happened to her, they let her off.
BIG SURPRISE THE SHERIFF’S WIFE CAN DO WHATEVER SHE WANTS TO AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES ARE JUST POWERLESS TO STOP HER TOO. GREAT.
The BODY CAM footage is now in dispute and the City of Waco and I have both gone to the AG’s office again.
What on earth did Char do?
Take a look, at first I thought it was some minor traffic stop but when you look at the CIty of Waco letter, well, I just don’t know.
Bet you would have been charged, me too.

Here is my Letter to the Attorney General, below is the good old City of Waco.
So without any insider knowledge, I can tell you exactly what Charlotte did. She got pulled over by a Waco unit for a traffic violation. I’m guessing speeding. I’m guessing at least 10 over. She then proceeded to act exactly like the entitled bitch she is. Because HOW DARE THEY pull over the sheriff’s wife. Don’t they know who she is?
She also name dropped Parnell at least five times. She probably demanded they call Parnell and talk to him. Or if not Parnell, Call CODY. After they didn’t call him like she wanted, or apologize for having the audacity to assume CHARLOTTE McNAMARRA be subject to the same laws as us mere mortals, she called Parnell herself, put him on speaker phone and demanded they talk to him.
Waco PD let her go with a warning cuz it’d be more of a pain in the ass to write her a citation.
Although, after watching how Parnell covered for Sherre Johnston for all her crimes, it’s only natural that Charlotte would think that fucking Parnell makes her special.
I can’t wait to see the video to see if I’m right.

Apologies. I thought you were writing about my Char post, obviously, it’s early and I’m sensitive. The writer of the comment about the suicide is another law enforcement person, I don’t know him but I know him through the blog. Their feelings at this point are angry and all over the place, I probably should have taken down his post but……….for some reason I didn’t. I will now. Sorry for snarking at you in the previous email.
