After all, Par’s boy Josh Tetens gave him TWO weeks to get his b.s. story together before Tetens gave the letter to the Grand Jury. Yep, gave Par the “heads up”, Josh Tetens committed Obstruction of Justice and as DA, well, I remember when another DA got indicted for a whole lot less.
Bullshit, Josh Tetens committed Obstruction of Justice in not giving the Grand Jury my letter and waiting two weeks so Par could get his bullshit “range” story up and running. Tetens is a crook and a co conspirator. Tetens knew the truth and tried to help Parnell cover it up.
Get that smile off your face little boy. Let’s see how you like answering to the State Bar and perhaps the Grand Jury’s going to wonder why that Letter was dated July 7th. and they got it in August.
I even wrote him and told him to run the whole thing past his mother, since it seemed he had problems figuring out what the right thing to do was. Parnell did this, he knew, THEY tried to cover it up with the worst bullshit excuse this town has heard in years.
Sheriff Smacknamara Bullshitter knows full well that one of HIS main contributors threatened me, tacitly, but it’s the kind of threat you get FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSON, OR A LAWYER, or some BADASS KNOWN CRIMINAL that is the Sheriff’s buddy. I went to the Sheriff’s Department in 2017 after being threatened, in writing.
When I gave David Johnson my phone to get some dirty photos and internet harassment we all were getting back then, he brain drained my phone and Parnell found out WHO I was talking to and messaging. Case in point Mary Pirelo Howard, Barry Johnson’s girlfriend.
How do I know? Because idiot Parnell chewed out Barry and TOLD HIM that he knew I was friends with Mary Howard.
He did NOTHING ABOUT THE OTHER THREAT. Parnell would rather take some small yet decent cash campaign contribution than protect me for sure.
Josh Tetens when he took office, I was okay with it, new start. I told him I had no ill will AND when I found out about Parnell working Crawley, I told Tetens and reminded him of his duty as an OFFICER OF THE COURT.
Now Josh is DA AND he knows about Parnell working CRAWLEY and AT LEAST TWO OTHERS, and does nothing.
DOES NOTHING FROM FEBRUARY UNTIL AUGUST.
I wrote and warned him that I was not letting it go AND that if he didn’t do something I was going to file a STATE BAR COMPLAINT against him. Well, that goes without saying and everytime I get it finished, HE does something new.
I decided my last route to justice was (gulp) TAKING IT TO THE GRAND JURY MYSELF.
I did not want to.
On July 7th. John Gimble got the Letter to the Grand Jury from me.
That was a Monday and the Grand Jury met on the upcoming Thursday.
It was addressed to the Foreperson of the Grand Jury, with his/her name.
I will now switch between FACT and What I think.
What I think is that Gimble told Tetens, Tetens took the letter on July 7th. and called Parnell.
The letter got there the 7th. BUT TETENS did not give it to the Grand Jurors until over two weeks later on August 1st., and I was told the Grand Jurors were handed the letter, “late in the day” which means when they were ready to leave.
The 15th. came and the Grand Jury, BEFORE LUNCH, told Tetens to call in the Rangers.
What happened the following two weeks after July 7th. was that Tetens gave Parnell TIME TO THINK OF SOME ALIBI and/or BULLSHIT EXPLANATION and to make the lie come true by getting PARNELL’S BULLSHIT PASTURE SHOOTING RANGE CERTIFIED by the unsuspecting Commissioners and Ass Kissing Suck Up County Judge King Felton.
He thought they’d help cover his ass.
Happily, they were all too scared, tired of his shit, tired of the lies, EVERYONE KNOWS PARNELL DID IT.

Josh Tetens has done everything humanly possible to protect Parnell, well, he’d best start thinking of protecting himself as the Grand Jury is not stupid and neither are the rest of us.
State Bar will ask Josh some really tough questions soon, once he quits committing bullshit crimes against his own office and oath so I can get the Complaint finished.

Josh Tetens allowed Karen Evans City of Bellmead Asst Manager to make an attempt to interfere with the dismissal of a criminal case per an illegal phone call in which she violated the civil rights of a bellmead citizen . Tetens also allowed his various staff to interfere repeatedly with the same citizens right to due process by telling prospective attorneys the citizen had contacted deliberately false and contrived statements regarding the criminal case-and by doing that prevented the citizen from hiring the Attorney of their choosing. Karen Evans should have been arrested over a year ago and charged with multiple civil rights violations Yet Tetens took no action against her and took no action action his staff members who lied and contrived in a brazen flagrant manner and interfered with the right of an individual to hire the attorney of their choice Tetens also knows that false evidence was presented against the same citizen by Bellmead Pd Yet he took no action
Josh Tetens is a sadist who gets enjoyment from sicking his depraved staff members on vulnerable innocent citizens-and he also knows Ex Da Barry Johnson accepted blatantly highly suspicious reports from Bellmead Pd that resulted in a false arrest against a Bellmead citizen too, yet he does nothing.

Tetens is far better morally than Ex DA Barry Johnson-and will ultimately do the “right thing” regarding a false arrest of an innocent citizen-but he will only do the “right thing” after he has allowed the citizen to be verbally and mentally abused and stripped of their civil rights by all of the parties involved with the false arrest(including his staff members)
Josh Tetens behavior is reprehensible-he allows other people to violate the civil rights of an obviously innocent defendant right “under his nose” then when hes bored with the charade he does the “RIGHT THING”………
