Leaders of the McLennan County Community,
Your Deputies and Correctional Staff at the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office continue to endure mistreatment and unfairness across the board.
If you aren’t in the Cody Blossman “Click”, you’re being harassed in every possible way. Multiple members of the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team under the direction of Captain Chris Evans have been suspended for talking about a “Private Vote” as if this department is a secret conclave and they are voting on some high lever ritualistic matter. Members simply spoke about a vote to bring someone back or keep them off the SWAT team and now they have all endured levels of harassment and been ordered to write letters of explanation to Cody the Kingpin Blossman. These letters are being hidden from the citizens of the community and the leaders of the County. Parnell McNamara himself doesn’t know what they are doing to these members or if he does, he isn’t the Sheriff we thought he would be.
To keep you, the public, from finding out about these suspensions, they have all been done verbally and Major David Ives knows well how to subvert the system. Shall we ask Katy Taylor who went to law school but failed the BAR EXAM twice if the open records request, she answered is TRUTHFUL? They are hiding this information, but we do have a copy of one questionnaire that we plan to send to Attorney General Ken Paxton along with the open records request and the written “no documents exist” open records email from Katy Taylor. These people are lying at the highest level to cover up the things they are doing in this office. Morale is at its lowest point ever and Cody Kingpin Blossman is now the GATEKEEPER for Parnell. No one, even with Parnell’s open-door policy, is allowed to go see him without first going through Cody Blossman, the ultimate kingpin gatekeeper. The staff at the jail are being bullied by rank and have nowhere to turn. These policies that Blossman has implemented without the knowledge of Parnell McNamara is absurd. Parnell as the Sheriff has either turned a blind eye towards the people he should be leading, or he is in a state that he doesn’t care about or know what is going on. This is not the Parnell McNamara we all know. The man has threatened to arrest his own daughter for coming onto their family farm. Parnell allowed his wife, Charlotte to use COUNTY equipment to keep his own daughter off their property. How does Charlotte get to use county equipment in which she is clearly holding on FACEBOOK. Those photos will be sent to you all in the next round of letters. In our next round of letters, we will also be mailing a list of names of
the employees we know Cody Blossman and. his hench men are targeting.
We will not mail those to Parnell but we will be emailing them to the McLennan County Commissioners privately so they can check that list in 12 months and see that we are correct in what Cody Blossman is doing. Cody Blossman is single handedly targeting employees that he did not promote and working to get rid of them, so he has only “LOYAL” employees to him in those places. Supervisors promoted prior to Cody Blossman getting Chief Deputy (with only 11 years’ experience) are subject to being harassed by these “letters of explanation” that Lisa Foster says she doesn’t know anything about. While we have proof of these letters, they are tailored to a specific employee so if we share those, the employee will surely be harassed or terminated by the Kingpin Blossman. Why is Parnell allowing this to happen to great employees? Ask him. We all want to know why this is happening. WHY are employees suspended from SWAT yet in an open records request, Attorney at Law Katy Taylor is saying nothing exists in writing? We have more coming
